The Company acquired Caixun Advertising Group in November 2002 and transformed the Group into a major print media advertising operator in China.

The Group is the sole advertising operator of a number of leading media in China, including Caijing Magazine(www.caijing.com.cn), CapitalWeek(www.capitalweek.com.cn), Real Estate(www.xindichan.com.cn), China Auto Pictorial(www.auto-pictorial.com), Autocar(http://www.autocarcn.com), HisLife(http://www.hislife.com.cn), and Marketing China(www.vmarketing.cn).

In collaboration with some renowned international media groups, the Group also introduced Better Homes and Gardens (www.bhgmag.com.cn), PC Magazine(www.pcmag.com.cn) , CIO Insight (www.cioinsight.com.cn), Sports Illustrated (www.sichina.com), TimeOut(www.timeoutcn.com) and Grazia(www.grazia.onlylady.com) in China over the years.
